Amanhã começa o prazo para a entrega das declarações do imposto de renda 2007, ano-base 2006. Esse ano, além dos cuidados habituais na hora do preenchimento devemos ficar atentos às novas regras que, segundo especialistas, deverão reter mais declarações na malha fina.Este ano será obrigatório o preenchimento do CPF dos dependentes maiores de 21 anos na declaração – visando assim facilitar o cruzamento de dados. Outra novidade é a obrigatoriedade das informações sobre doações para as campanhas eleitorais. Porém, segundo o consultor para a área de Imposto de Renda da IOB, Valmir Amorim, possíveis divergências entre as informações sobre lucros e dividendos recebidos em 2006 devem ser o principal motivo para as retenções desse ano.
Algumas dicas para fugir da malha fina:
• Preencha a declaração com a máxima atenção: cair na malha fina não significa que o contribuinte sonegou impostos. Um simples erro de preenchimento pode causar a retenção.
• Atenção na hora de preencher os dados da empresa: para facilitar, tenha em mãos o informe de rendimentos fornecido pela empresa, que discrimina os rendimentos tributáveis, isentos e não-tributáveis, imposto retido na fonte, etc., além de informar os dados cadastrais da empresa.
• Declaração dos bens: a declaração dos bens é importante para que a Receita Federal avalie se sua renda declarada acompanha o seu padrão de vida. Por exemplo, se você possui casas, terrenos e carros, então deve declarar um rendimento compatível com os gastos atribuídos destes bens, como gastos com impostos, seguros, etc.
• Nunca use sua conta para receber rendimentos de terceiros: você pagará a CPMF sobre essas operações, mas com certeza não irá declará-los, pois os rendimentos não são seus. Essa diferença pode ser entendida como sonegação fiscal.
• Seja cauteloso no preenchimento dos seus rendimentos: quanto maior o rendimento declarado ou o valor a ser restituído, maior a atenção que receberá da Receita. Principalmente se estes valores declarados forem muito diferentes dos informados na última declaração.
Declarar o Imposto de Renda não é nenhum bicho-de-sete-cabeças. Entretanto, a contratação de um contador é uma opção a ser considerada.
